NFC Chip

Security is not an ordinary product you end up holding in your hands.
It therefore requires different benchmarks by which you can measure our quality and performance — which is why we use NFC chips.

When a guard scans an NFC chip, the control centre receives information about the guard's location and the time of the scan.
If an NFC chip is not scanned, this is equally transmitted. The guard is required to provide a reason along with photographic evidence — for example: "Chip missing." The control centre responds immediately: missing NFC chips are replaced without delay, or disciplinary measures are taken against the guard.

The NFC chips are positioned across your property in such a way that all checkpoints must be covered — making it impossible, for instance, for an entire floor to go unchecked. A guard cannot sign off from their shift until all NFC chips have been scanned. You therefore have a guarantee that inspections are carried out 100% in accordance with the agreed specifications.

This NFC monitoring also applies to all staff working at fixed locations — such as reception and access control personnel — ensuring their presence and operational readiness at all times.

App

Last but not least, we use NFC chips to document our operations in detail: a guard can record any incident at an NFC checkpoint with a photo, location, and timestamp. The report is transmitted to the control centre in real time, measures are initiated immediately, and you receive a full incident report.

Regular performance reports for full transparency.
Detailed inspection logs and proof-of-presence.
Real-time incident reporting with photo and GPS evidence.
